Hotel, który ma swoje zalety, ale także poważne minusy. Zalety to całkiem fajny basen, świetne śniadania, duża przestrzeń. Minusy to niekompetentni pracownicy, skandaliczne dojście do apartamentów na ostatnim piętrze, brak dostępu dzieci do restauracji azjatyckiej z powodu ….. gości chodzących w szlafrokach (a w ogólno dostępnych szatniach basenowych panowie eksponują swoje najbardziej intymne wdzięki), ogromna ilość usterek w apartamencie oraz braki w podstawowym wyposażeniu, bardzo leniwy personel, który wysyła po wodę gdzieś na inne piętra. Ciekawostką była fatalna postawa recepcjonistki, która nie przywitała nas, nie znała podstawowych informacji o hotelu, łącznie z drogą do naszego apartamentu na ostatnim piętrze. Generalnie dojście do apartamentów odbywa się poprzez jakieś dziwne, techniczne korytarze, tuż przy pralniach z nieprzyjemnym zapachem. Siłownia jest totalnie schowana w piwnicy, kierunkowskazy wprowadzają w błąd. Na siłowni brakuje ręczników, wody, sprzęt jest słaby, niekompletny, panuje straszny bałagan, unosi się smród, ściany są brudne - FATALNIE!!! Ponadto, łóżka są nie wygodne. Nasze zastrzeżenia zgłoszone do recepcji, zostały skwitowane bezradnością, a wręcz z cynizmem. Generalnie - cena jest zbyt wysoka w stosunku do jakości. Wg nas, hotel jest bardzo źle zarządzany, a potencjał obiektu nie jest wykorzystany. Jeżeli będziemy kiedyś w Kielcach, to poszukamy innego hotelu.

We have spent a couple of days in the hotel, the swimming pool, lazy river, pool bar area and chilling great. I strongly recommend the breakfast, there is a good choice(eggs, bacon, American pancakes, polish sausage, cheese croissant and more) , same goes for lunch/dinner served between 17-20.... There were some minuses to our stay , the queue for checking in, reception without smile, lifts, in the room carpet needs a clean,mattress covers make you sweat. We were a bit unlucky to have noise neighbours as well, who carried on till small hours.

Great breakfast, amazing sauna area for hotel guests, room clean nice and spacious. For small additional charge you can use their pool complex, nice for kids too. Will be looking to stay there again.

Has a potential
In general we had a good stay. Food was great, room was spacious. Waterpark looks great, hovewer the big slides not in use.
We paid £370 for two night for spacious room.
It is a shame that there were few things that let this place down.
We booked for three people but we got a bedding and towels only for two people. No robes for kids for the swimming pool. There was a kitchenette with microwave but no cutlery. The was a coffee and tea provided but no milk! The bathroom was very spacius with big bath but the water was lukewarm so there was no point to use it as you felt cold after 5 min.
The negatives are easy to fix and would make a massive difference.

Sehr schönes Hotel nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und zur Messe. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Das Freizeitbad neben an (12 Euro Eintritt für 2h) ist auch sehr schön.
